Gordon R. Muir’s legal practice spans the full spectrum of wills, trusts, and estates. He advises clients on everything from basic estate planning to complex strategies involving business succession, asset protection, probate and trust administration, and litigation. His areas of expertise also include will and trust contests, elder abuse, guardianships, and comprehensive estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

He has been married to his wonderful wife, Janet, for over 40 years. Together, they have three children and six grandchildren. Deeply committed to his community, Mr. Muir has volunteered with the YMCA, Boy Scouts of America, Washoe County Senior Law Center, and the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada.
