Gordon R. Muir

Mr. Muir graduated from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1983 and subsequently earned an LL.M., or Master of Laws, in Taxation from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He has been admitted to all Nevada Courts since 1983, the U.S. Tax Court since 1984 and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Nevada and Northern California. Mr. Muir is an accomplished speaker and has been a lecturer on the faculty of the Golden Gate University, Graduate School of Tax, and has also been an instructor/speaker on various estate and tax planning topics for the Nevada CPA Foundation, National Business Institute, Inc., the State Bar of Nevada, and various other public and private groups.  Mr. Muir is a member and past President of the Northern Nevada Estate Planning Council and is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada (Probate, Trust and Tax Sections), the Washoe County Bar Association, the National Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Justice Association.

Prince A. Hawkins

Mr. Hawkins graduated from Harvard Law School in 1943. Prior to that, he obtained his A.B. degree from Yale University and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He has been admitted to all Nevada Courts since 1941, all California Courts since 1946, and the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court since 1955. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the American College of Tax Counsel.
